Change…
The one word I fear the most than any other in life is CHANGE. I have never been a person to accept change. I can tell you a million and one ways on way I have this love hate relationship with change but I also have to admit that change happens almost daily in my life and my surroundings. This year has been a year with many many many many changes. I released my last child into the world, I started back to work full time, and I am having to figure out my role as mother now as I feel that too has changed.
Change is something that will and is going to happen whether we like it or not. We have it everyday of every minute around us. If its not from the weather than its nature and when its not nature its us as humans that are fighting some type of internal and external. Change allows us to look forward to things but it also allows us to see what was. We fight change because we don’t like the what ifs is only like what we know.
I keep telling myself each day during a change in my life that this will teach me something. This will allow me to see what I need in my life than what I have right now. I know that when we change that helps us pull from parts of us that we didn’t know we had to allow us to thrieve from that change. I have found strength in me that I didn’t know I had from a big change in my life with the passing of my grandfather.
I say things all because I have learned that change can be scary, can be good, but most of all it will always be there everyday of every hour of every minute. We will see change in all aspects of you lives and world but it is what we do with this change and how we apply ourselves is what we can measure how that change has on our lives.
